Our customer care staff is here to serve you!
We pride ourselves on giving both buyers and sellers superior customer service
and we aren't satisfied until you are! We have three levels of care that have
been created to address any questions or assistance that you may require.
Please follow these steps in order as each have been designed to provide you
with immediate results. Should you not find the answer or assistance needed
simply move to the next step.
Our first step is our knowledge base. This is a
comprehensive database of frequently asked questions that covers a wide range of
topics. A vast majority of your questions can be answered here.
However, if your question is not answered to your satisfaction we will move you
to our second step. This feature provides a direct chat link that connects you
live, one-on-one with a member of our customer care staff (this feature is
available Monday through Friday 9AM - 4PM PST). You can also submit your
questions or requests by using our contact box. All submissions are generally
answered same business day. This is a great way to get answers to to any
questions that you may not have found in our knowledge base.
Still haven't found an answer? Our third step is to schedule a live call with a
customer care representative. Calls are usually handled same business day.
