Editing & Updating Your Ad
To ADD OR DELETE PICTURES and/or EDIT YOUR AD
Go to the front page of www.NationalAutoMarketing.com and look for the
box on the left hand side that says 'Edit Your Ad'. Fill in the
login details you furnished when you signed up for the ad and click
Login. This will take you to a page in which you will see your
vehicle listed in the middle of the page. Click the Edit link and
this will take you to where you can modify your ad. Here you will
find all the info pertaining to your vehicle advertisement. You’ll
be able to updating pricing, add photos, your VIN number and more.
To UPLOAD PICTURES
Scroll down to where it says "Image Upload". Click the button, which
will open a small window from where you can navigate to where you
have your images stored. Upload the photo and click ok. Repeat until
you have all your pictures uploaded. Then press the Submit button at
the bottom of the Edit page and all your pictures should appear.
To delete a photo, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the edit
page and click on the 'Delete' link.
NOTE: IF YOU CONTINUE HAVING PROBLEMS UPLOADING PICS, PLEASE MAKE
SURE THAT THE FILE NAME DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
CHARACTERS: spaces, slashes, single quotes, or double quotes.
I don't see/can't find my ad. What do I do?
Go to the front page of www.NationalAutoMarketing.com and click on the
tab at the top which says Browse Ads. Then click on the link to
select the category of vehicle you submitted. Then click on the make
of the vehicle. If you just placed the ad, it should be at or near
the top of the page. If you do not see your vehicle, please proceed
to step 2 of our customer care process and we will assist you right
away.

How do I get financing?
We currently partner with a number of affiliates who can arrange for potential buyers to get a personal auto, boat, truck, RV or motorcycle loan. Simply visit our finanace center and complete the application that best suits your current credit status.
I have a potential buyer that needs financing what do I tell

General Customer Service
Why am I not getting calls?
A lack of calls is normally based on your price, as your ad is now
up onto over 20 different websites buyers are seeing it, the
question may be your price. We suggest checking your current price
as against a site like
www.nada.com or
www.kbb.com
How do I update my ad or my price?
Log into your account using your user name and password (if you do
not know it, we can re-send it to you). After you have logged into
your account on the far right it will say edit/delete, click the
edit button (never click delete) this will bring up your ad, change
anything you would like and hit submit at the bottom of the page
when complete, then remember to log out, which is at the far left
side.
I
edited my ad on your site, why is it not changed on the
other sites?
Any changes to an ad on our site will update on all other sites
every 48 hours.
Where is my ad posted other then NationalAutoMarketing.com?

How long will my ad stay up on NationalAutoMarketing.com
The status can best be judged by the amount of calls you are seller
are receiving, if you are not getting calls, you may want to review
your price. We suggests a site like
www.nada.com or
www.kbb.com further
any e-mails we receive on your behalf from potential buyers a link
is sent to the potential buyer which contains your number so they
can contact you to discuss the matter.
How are the sales handled? i.e. do I have any liability with
problems after the sale is completed?
All vehicles are sold "as is". We do offer warranties to those new
buyers who are seeking one.
